Ingredients:
- 1 box of Veggie Kofta
- 4 tortillas, flatbreads or pita bread
- 1 jar of hummus or tahini paste
- Diced tomatoes
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Sliced red onion
- Lettuce leaves or mixed greens
- Plant-based yogurt sauce with lemon and mint (optional)
Preparation
1. Follow the “How to Prepare” instructions on the Veggie Kofta box;
2. Quickly heat the wraps;
3. Spread a layer of hummus or tahini over the bread;
4. Add greens, tomato, cucumber and onion;
5. Place the grilled Kofta in the center, top with plant-based yogurt sauce (if desired) and roll up;
6. Cut in half and serve while still warm.
