This is the gourmet combination of creamy mashed potatoes with a savory meatball filling and a touch of truffle. Offering a delicious and delightful experience.
Ingredients:
- 600g of cassava (alternatives: white potato, sweet potato, yam, arracacha, and even pumpkin);
- 1 tablespoon of chestnut butter (or olive oil);
- Salt and black pepper;
- A drizzle of truffle oil;
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast (optional);
Filling:
- 1 box of deconstructed Amazonika meatballs;
- 2 cups of tomato paste;
- Grated chestnut cheese to finish;
Directions:
1- Cook the cassava or your preferred alternative;
2- Once cooked, mash with a fork and add the butter, salt and pepper (to taste), and the special olive oil until pureed and set aside; mix well!
3- In a saucepan, add a drizzle of olive oil, your favorite sautéing seasoning, the tomato paste and the deconstructed Amazonika Mundi italian veggie meatballs; cook until cooked and set aside;
4- In a baking dish, add a layer of puree, a layer of filling and another layer of filling.
5- Finish with grated cashew cheese and bake until golden brown.
